At AdvisorX AI, we strive to deliver value and satisfaction through our AI-driven solutions for financial advisors. However, we understand that our services may not meet everyone’s expectations. Below are the terms for requesting a refund.
New customers are eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with our service within the first seven days of your initial purchase, please contact us at support@advisorx.ai to request a refund.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the chosen plan (monthly or annual). Refunds are generally not available for subscription renewals.
Exceptions: Refunds for renewals may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is a documented issue with service delivery. To request a review, please contact our support team within 7 days of the renewal date.
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through email notification. Canceled subscriptions will cancel immediately.
Cancelations do not automatically qualify for a refund. To qualify for a refund, the conditions above must be met.
Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
